Acceptance of terms

By using Staffyn's website or services — whether as a company seeking to hire or as a candidate seeking employment — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services

Staffyn provides recruitment and talent placement services connecting companies with pre-screened candidates across IT, Finance, Sales, and related functions, primarily within Bangalore and Bengaluru's startup ecosystem.

Fee model — for companies

Staffyn operates on a strict success-only fee basis:

• No upfront fees, no retainers, no registration charges
• A fee — a percentage of the candidate's annual CTC — is invoiced only when the candidate successfully joins your organisation on or after their agreed start date
• The exact fee percentage will be agreed upon in writing before we begin sourcing for your requirement
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the candidate's joining date

90-day replacement guarantee

If a placed candidate leaves voluntarily or is let go within 90 days of their joining date, Staffyn will source a replacement candidate at no additional charge. This guarantee applies once per placement and is subject to the original role remaining open and the fee having been paid in full.

Resume review service — for candidates

Staffyn offers an optional resume review and rewrite service for candidates at a fee of ₹129. This service is separate from our core recruitment service, which remains free for all candidates. Payment for the resume service is due only after delivery and candidate approval of the revised resume.

Candidate data and consent

• All candidate information shared with Staffyn is treated as strictly confidential
• Candidate profiles will not be shared with any company without the candidate's prior knowledge and explicit consent
• Candidates may withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time by emailing hr@staffyn.in

Ethical hiring

Staffyn reserves the right to decline any hiring requirement that conflicts with ethical hiring practices, applicable Indian law, or our values. We do not facilitate hiring for roles that discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, caste, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Limitation of liability

Staffyn's liability in connection with any placement is limited to the fee paid for that specific placement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
