Staffyn is a recruitment agency based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We connect startups with pre-screened talent across IT, Finance, Sales, and other functions. Our contact email is hr@staffyn.in.

What we collect

How we use it

We use your data solely for recruitment purposes — matching candidates with relevant job opportunities and connecting companies with suitable talent. Specifically:

• To evaluate your profile against open roles in our network
• To contact you about relevant opportunities or hiring requirements
• To share your profile with prospective employers (candidates only, with prior consent)
• To improve our matching process and service quality

We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to recruitment, and we do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

Who we share it with

We share candidate profiles only with companies that have active, relevant job openings — and only after informing the candidate about the specific opportunity and obtaining their explicit consent. We do not share data with data brokers, advertisers, or any third party outside the recruitment process.

Data retention

Your data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of collection, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. After this period, all personal data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

• Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data at any time
• Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time; data deleted within 30 days
