How much do you charge for recruitment?
A percentage of the candidate's annual CTC — invoiced only when they join. No upfront or retainer fees. We confirm the exact number before we start sourcing. See how it works →
How quickly do we get candidate profiles?
For most IT, Finance, and Sales roles in Bangalore, we share pre-screened profiles within 48 hours. We search our pre-vetted talent pool first — that's why it's fast, not because we cut corners.
What is your replacement guarantee?
We offer a 90-day free replacement for all placements. If a hire doesn't work out within 90 days, we find a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you work with companies outside Bangalore?
Yes — for IT and Finance roles, we place across India. Sales and Operations roles are primarily Bangalore and Bengaluru-focused.
