How much do you charge for recruitment?
We work on a success-only fee model — a percentage of the candidate's CTC, paid only when they join. No upfront or retainer fees.
How quickly do we get candidate profiles?
For most IT, Finance, and Sales roles in Bangalore, we share pre-screened profiles within 48 hours of receiving your requirement.
What is your replacement guarantee?
We offer a 90-day free replacement for all placements. If a hire doesn't work out within 90 days, we find a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you work with companies outside Bangalore?
Our primary focus is Bangalore, but we do work with select companies across India for IT, Finance, and Sales hiring.
