We're on a Mission to Fix Hiring for Bengaluru Startups
Fast. Honest. Startup-First.
Our Story
We saw too many startups struggling with slow, expensive recruitment agencies that dump dry CVs on founders' desks and charge massive upfront retainers.
So we built something different. We designed a matching system that operates at startup speed, screening technical stack capability and cultural alignment before any interview is scheduled.
Since starting in 2022, we have focused entirely on immediate joiner tech networks in Bengaluru, helping seed and series-A teams grow securely and fast.
